Refund policy
All sales are final on items made to order. This includes graphic shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeves, in all size, custom orders and sale items.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at therockincactus@outlook.com. If your exchange is accepted, it is your responsibility to mail us back the item you wish to exchange. You will also be charged for shipping on the replacement items. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, graphic tees, sweatshirts, long sleeves, custom orders, in all sizes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or gift cards.
